It's a shame elders are unable to speak to a real person regarding the concerns.

It's outstanding as it is every time I see them! They are the very best!

Dr Miles is a great doctor

Dr Miles and his staff are exception. Best we have seen in many years, acrossed several states along the east coast.

This was my 3rd time seeing Dr. Miles. He has always been extremely nice and I really appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness at each visit! I have to say the same for his staff as well! The lab tech nurse amazed me by finding a vein on the first stick!

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Miles. I don't believe that I've ever had a doctor that was so concerned about my health. His knowledge and compassion as a physician is an example for everyone to follow. I left his office knowing that I'm truly blessed with the best! The nurse and the doctor were both very patient and understanding and took time to understand the new patient.

The appointment with Dr. Miles was handled in a timely manner. He was not rushed. He was patient. He listened. He could converse with me with his thoughts. He had reviewed my medical history from another provider in another state from where I moved to the Patrick Square area, and I felt the initial appointment with Dr. Miles was more than satisfactory.

Dr. Miles is a wonderful primary care physician. He always takes his time and answers my questions. He never makes me feel like my questions are not valid or silly. I had been at another practice for almost twenty years before it closed. I am so happy with my new provider.

Dr. Miles was well prepared for my new patient appointment. He had read my medical history before entering the exam room. Good listener. Treated me with respect. Not rushed. Ordered some blood tests that my previous PCP did not. Great and Genuine caring demeanor. I am really glad to be under his care.

The staff was very professional and very personable and was willing to answer all the questions that I had asked. The experience was enjoyable with no other issues.

Dr. Miles is an outstanding doctor. He is attuned to me as a patient, because he listens to my issues, and then provides a great plan for my improved health. In short, Dr. Miles sets a standard of care, that other Doctor's should strive for.

There was only one person at the front desk who was on the phone. Beside myself, there were two people waiting. The receptionist did not make any iContact with anyone and kept on talking on the telephone. I realize she was probably talking to a patient but it would be fine if she Looked at the people who were waiting. Luckily, the person who is at the desk when you check out, saw that we were waiting and came over to help out. Still no iContact from the person sitting at the desk.

I don't have any problems with the doctor; however, I have left messages before on the phone for his medical assistant, and I have not gotten any response back either time I've called. It would be nice to get some response, even if it is a negative one.

I am a new patient and still getting to know the process. They were extremely helpful, and I appreciated the attention to details that Dr. Miles gave me while I was there. However, I am not use to this Medicare process for a checkup to meet some type of requirement(s) within the Medicare platform. I really would like a reminder when this is going to occur. I usually have a specific reason for my visit(s) and would rather not be interviewed.

Dr. Miles is great. He is very friendly, attentive, thorough, and professional. The nurses and other staff are professional and friendly.

Check in was on the first floor then had to go to 2nd floor for provider. Then after services weren't told to check out. Got to check out and they were short. Communication would have helped.

Nothing about the visit but I'm disappointed that Prisma is dropping United Health Care as an insurance. I am forced to either find another health provider or new insurance.

My complaint is Prisma needs to continue to be in network! That why I would not recommend Prisma! The nurses need to learn how to properly take a blood pressure! I am a retired Registered Nurse, so I know how it is supposed to be done!

Just that I was very pleased by my experience there.

Everyone was courteous, helpful, and time efficient (very little wait time at all). Very good experience.

We have been fighting an issue with my mother and seeing another physician. One visit to Dr. Miles, we had clarity and answers. Highly respect him and his staff. Thank you for being so efficient.

Dr. Miles is very thorough and listens. He always concludes our visit with summarizing verbally to make sure I understand everything. In addition he posts notes unto my chart.
