Pleased with staff

We were not seen until 9:00, despite our appointment being at 8:20 and being the first appointment of the day.

Dr Tolan and staff are outstanding!

Need a chair in the waiting room that's high enough to accommodate people who have trouble getting up from regular chairs.

I called for an appointment for an earache. I was seen within 2 hours of my phone call.

Dr Tolan uses visual aid very well to compare desert calories to fresh fruit equivalents.

Wait time at the office was very long.

Dr. Tolan was kind to my child and truly cared about my input in her care. Thank you so much!

My experience was excellent.However,it is often hard for me to see the doctor without waiting several days.

I am always impressed by the knowledge and recommendations offered by Dr. Tolan. I always feel he is focused on my health profile and has my best interests at heart.

Not being in-network with UHC will be a challenge. Paying out of pocket will be a burden and we will begin researching AnMed family providers

My physician listens very closely to all of my concerns, my history, and I feel like he gives me his utmost attention. And I really, really appreciate that. And highly recommend his quality care. Thank you.

My doctor is very professional and actually interested in getting me to a healthy state. Other issues were addressed that are also important to me and I had no issue, but the embarrassing one that I did have trouble talking about I don't think was addressed at all.

We like our doctor. Dr. Tolan is great. All the staff is great. Really the only issue that we had at the first two appointments that we had there. We were well an hour well past our appointment time without being see. We were seen eventually. This last time I booked an appointment for first thing in the morning to make sure that I you know, I could be seen in a timely manner. That seemed to work out but I can't always make it first thing in the morning. So I'm kind of hoping that those were two anomalies times. Yeah, that's it. Thank you.

Dr. Tolan is very respectful, kind and patience. A good listener, and because of my allergy history, knows I am reluctant to take a lot of medications.

I am concerned regarding some of prisma's providers being out of network for umr while a portion of prisma providers are in network. This is confusing and makes me pursue care outside of prisma.

We are coming over from another office. We felt like we weren't listen to and the nurses and front office staff was always very rude. I felt very stressed taking my children to the doctor as I did not feel supported and any views other than the doctors was also not supported. I appreciated being listened to as I spoke about my concerns. I appreciate the kind nurses and the office staff as taking multiple children to an office is the worst. I appreciated that they were aloud to be kids and that the nurses and the Doctor where able to work with them on there level vs expecting the child to cooperate the first time around.

The provider assessed my symptoms, but was not able to determine the course of treatment that I need and recommended that I see someone more skilled in treating my condition. The provider listened to my explanation of the problems that I have been experiencing. I sensed some frustration from the provider after the medication that he prescribed did not help my problem and brought on new symptoms. I think my needs will be better met by a different physician more experienced in the type of problem that I am having. The nurse was so kind and understanding of my feeling anxious about my appointment.

Dr Tolan was knowledgeable, answered questions, listened to concerns and provided good information during my visit. He is an excellent doctor.
