I've been a customer of Discount Tire for about 15 years, and the local store in Boerne for 7. I've always been impressed with their operations. Even though ordering tires can take a lot of time their CS reps do a really good job of acknowledging everyone, even if the line is long. They've always done a good, timely job for me. Until yesterday - they made a big mistake.And they impressed me with how they handled it. They took ownership, corrected it, apologized, and made it right in a timely manner. It's not only got to be easy, but we need to keep shirts clean! Using stick gauges to diagnose tire needs and treadwear patterns is just never going to work consistently for any period of time at a dealership. And, even if you do get it right, the service advisor's shirt is going to pay a high price.
